A Brand New Year Is Here!

And I am excited about what is ahead. The inspiration I want to share this note is "Don't Be Afraid That Your Life Will End,...Be Afraid That It Will Never Begin" Wow! What a statement but oh so true. Many times we are so concerned about getting older and we rush around trying to acquire so much that we forget to stop or slow down and realize that life is just passing us by. Although like most I reach for higher ground and more financial freedom to spend my time as I choose. I have realized that in fretting about the time I don't have, I don't stop to enjoy time I do have. This year I began it by spending my time home with my pets and myself and enjoyed the gifts of home, a warm and friendly fire, the sun shining through the windows, and a few friends that stopped by. Some of us however spend so much time on the couch and can tell you most of the programs on TV that they don't see the blessing of sharing precious time with those around them which is causing life to just pass them by. Which are you? Are you saying when this happens or when I do or get such and such then I will. May I suggest you begin today. When you begin to feel the joy I'm sure you will be glad you did. A New Beginning

Today is the first post I have done. But as inspirations go, one of my favorites is "If You Have a Rose to Give, Give it Today.....Tomorrow May be Too Late. I encourage you to share in your goals, successes and words or encouragement that helped you get to those achievements. As time goes on I too will share in my past experiences, the hardship endured, the people who encouraged me and the words that lifted me to new levels. I look for to hearing from others as we travel this road.
